Will your child be 5 years old by August 1st, 2025? If so, your child is ready to attend Kindergarten during the 2025-2026 school year!
If you are registering for the 2025-2026 school year and do not reside within Miami Trace Local School District, you will also need to complete an Open Enrollment application. Please call 740-335-3010 for more information.
In order to fully complete the registration process, you will need your child’s birth certificate, vaccination records, and a proof of residency. These items can be uploaded with your smartphone, or in person with an appointment at Miami Trace Elementary School (740-333-2400).
Once the registration process is complete, parents and guardians will receive an email with a link to schedule their child’s Kindergarten Screening which will take place on August 12th, 14th, and 15th. Kindergarten Open House will be held on August 18th from 5:30-7:00 PM.
