SICK DAYS

• Sick days are accrued monthly
• September thru May for all 9 month employees
• September thru June for all 10 month employees
• July thru June for all 12 month employees

 PERSONAL DAYS

All employees receive 5 days of personal leave each school year.

Employees can use all 5 days. However, some days will result in a dock in pay.

• 2 days are free days for ALL employees (No-Docking)
• After 5 year anniversary date - 3 free days (No-Docking)
• After 10 year anniversary date- 4 free days (No-Docking)
• After 15 year anniversary date- 5 free days (No-Docking)

If docking occurs, an employee is docked the cost of a substitute for the day.

Certified Position - $90.00/ $115.00 Day

Non-Certified Position - $96.00 Day

All unused personal days will roll into an employee's sick balance at the end of the school year.
