The JCLC is a four-day challenge where 15 cadets will be chosen and sent to the Alabama 4-H Center in Columbiana, AL. These 15 cadets will stay for 4 days and 3 nights, where they will be fed three meals a day along with snacks throughout the day. The cadets will partake in numerous team-building and confidence-boosting activities as well as compete for leadership opportunities.
