Madison-Oneida BOCES CTE is proud to announce the establishment of the Sports Innovation Center, a groundbreaking partnership with the Canastota Central School District. Located on the Canastota high school campus and taught by BOCES instructors, the first program to be offered is the interdisciplinary study of Sports Management & Entertainment Marketing.

This exciting two-year pathway offers an in-depth look at the business and behind-the-scenes aspect of sports, recreation, and entertainment. Hands-on experiences include field trips to local sports and entertainment venues, shadowing opportunities, and guest speakers from major sports facilities and organizations. Senior year will consist of industry internships for all students (students must provide their own transportation for internships).
