MINUTES

Those in attendance: Brady Johnson, Darcy Ripplinger, Cameron Falk, Gary Walker

• No questions or concerns brought up by the members of the council.
  
  
• The dates and times of future meetings were reviewed.
  
  
• The responsibilities of the council were reviewed. Namely, the creation of the School Trustlands plan and the allocation of those funds. In addition, the council approves the school TSSA plan and the allocation of those funds. The council also reviewed the current Trustlands plan and how the $68,000.00 was/will be spent for the current year.
  
  
• The council reviewed the Rules of Order and Procedure as well as the roles of council members.
  
  
• Council Chair Darcy Ripplinger brought up the question of whether the district vision screening could be expanded to detect eye issues that can be treated by eye therapy, not glasses. She will email a YouTube video to Brady Johnson who will pass along the information to the district nurses for their evaluation.
