Welcome to Adams Elementary, a school with a proud history of academic excellence and a commitment to fostering the potential of every student. As the principal, I am honored to lead this educational journey. Having spent my entire teaching career at Adams Elementary, I have had the privilege of teaching 2nd and 3rd grade for 11 years before serving as an instructional coach for 7 years. Now, I am excited to take on the role of principal, working alongside our dedicated team of educators to provide an inclusive learning environment where approximately 300 students, grades pre-k through 5th grade, not only acquire knowledge but also develop essential life skills. Our vision is to empower students through a strong partnership between educators and parents, encouraging collaboration, critical thinking, creativity, and empathy. Together, we will ensure your child's success by fostering a supportive and enriching educational experience, preparing them to make a positive impact in the world. Last year, Adams Elementary received the National Blue Ribbon Award. Only one other school in the state of Utah received this award last year. A group of teachers was able to travel to Washington D.C. to accept the award.

Adams Elementary is proud to offer things such as Orchestra, After School Club, and an E2 (extension and enrichment) class

Our mascot is an owl and his name is "Owlvin". The students were able to vote on his name several years ago.

We have a wonderfully diverse population, representing over 6 different languages and ethnicities.

We collaborate with Utah State University to mentor student teachers in our building through pre-service teaching experiences.

Use of technology sets us apart. A unique resource at Adams Elementary is our 1:1 student to computer ratio.
