Thank you to all for helping our children celebrate Read Across America Week! Due to the snow days, we are extending some of the activities to this week, where each class is researching various states in our country. That work will be displayed in the school! What a great way to celebrate America’s 250th birthday this year! Thank you to the Read Across America Committee of teachers in our school for planning a great week!
Livingston Public Schools is hosting a Science Fun Night on March 23, 2026, from 6:00 to 7:30 PM in the Mount Pleasant Middle School Cafeteria. Students in grades 2-5 are invited to participate in exciting, hands-on activities led by the MPM STEMbassadors Club. Please note that this is not a drop-off event, and all students must be accompanied by an adult. Please see the flier attached.
The Livingston Library is conducting a bookmark contest again this year! Mrs. Caulfield has been distributing entries that should have already been received or will be received soon. Please feel free to participate. This is a fun celebration, perfectly timed for the end of Read-Across America Week! Please see the information at the following link.

Kindergarten registration is well underway! Thank you to all those parents who have already registered their children for school next year at Harrison! If you have a Kindergarten student who will be attending the Livingston Public Schools next year, please start the registration process! The deadline for current Livingston residents is May 15th. Please see the instructions on the website!
The PTA Culture and Education Committee supports parents coming in to decorate, provide teacher luncheons, and acknowledge and celebrate holidays throughout the year. Eid is just around the corner. If you are interested in supporting or volunteering, please fill out the following form. Someone will reach out to you to help you get involved! Thank you to the parents who decorated for the Lunar New Year and provided a luncheon for our teachers!
