Dear Harrison Families, 

We want to thank all the families who participated in the Read-A-Thon this year! It was a fun event that brought excitement to reading, while also fundraising for the school! Thank you so much to the PTA parents who spearheaded its organization and daily prizes that made this fun for our students! Keep that reading going all year!

Our Penguin Assembly from Jenkinson’s Aquarium was a big success! Thank you to the PTA for making it possible! There will be a future Hawk Talk that showcases Lilo the penguin that all our students met on Thursday! Check back next Friday for that Episode! 

On Monday, February 23rd we will have a delayed opening. Please arrive at school between 9:30am-9:50am. 

Parent teacher conferences will be between March 4th-6th. All these days will be half day dismissals.  You can sign up for a conference through the Parent Portal between Thursday, February 26th at 4:00 pm and Tuesday, March 3rd at 12:00 pm. Conferences will be on Google Meet, unless other arrangements are made with the teacher. Please make sure to sign up early in the window so the teachers can properly prepare for your conversations!

TREP$ is back! Our popular project-based entrepreneurship after-school program for 4th & 5th graders is returning for another exciting season of creativity, teamwork, and innovation. Registration will open on Monday,  February 23rd at 8:00 PM, and Workshops will begin on Wednesday, March 11th, from 2:50-3:50 pm. Spots are limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Again, this is only for 4th and 5th-grade students. More information will follow this week, but mark your calendars to register.

Kindergarten registration is well underway! Thank you to all those parents who have already registered their children for school next year at Harrison! If you have a Kindergarten student who will be attending the Livingston Public Schools next year, please start the registration process! The deadline for current Livingston residents is May 15th. Please see the instructions on the website!
