This is a version of the outline notes that I use to supplement what is available on the Educator site.  It may not be exactly in the order of what's online.  

Use this as a basis for drafting your own club's consitution or by-laws.  Simply delete what you don't need and add what you do need.  These are important for keeping your club focused on it's mission and to ensure the day-to-day operations are conducted in an appropriate fashion.
