Recommendation and Public Review

- Pursuant to F.S. 1006.283 governing the adoption of instructional materials, a recommendation from the FLDOE list of instructional materials must be made to the school board for consideration and a period of review must be afforded to the public. A public review of adoption materials will commence February 14, 2024, for 20 days. The materials site will remain active until the public hearing date.
- At the March 19, 2024, school board meeting, a public hearing is to be held on the recommended materials. The school board will then vote to approve, deny, or postpone the selection and purchase of the proposed materials.
