Contemporary Reading List

AP Reading List
This is the definitive AP Lit reading list. These are ALL of the novels that have appeared on the AP Lit exam since 1971. The numbers in parentheses behind each title are the years the book/play were on the exam. If you are interested in reading some great literature, this would be a fantastic place to start. If you see a title that has been on the exam several times, you might want to start with that one. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask! I would love to offer recommendations. Take care!
