Contemporary Reading List
I have added another suggested reading list. These books are more contemporary, and I have divided them into fiction and nonfiction. There are some series listed here, as well some great young adult novels. If you would like a recommendation, just let me know:)
-
AP Reading List
This is the definitive list of every book that has appeared on the AP Literature Exam since 1971. They are listed alphabetically, and the numbers following each title indicate the year(s) the novel was actually on the exam. If you are interested in reading some canonical (traditional) texts, this would be a perfect place to start. If you have any questions (or want a recommendation), please don't hesitate to ask. Take care!
