Welcome Back! I am the new Elementary ELA Instructional Developer. I have been working in Leon County for 10 years and am so excited for this new adventure. Learning Progressions

Leon County Schools will hit the ground running using Learning Progressions to support teacher planning, instruction, and feedback, and ultimately student learning. To access Learning Progressions, please click HERE. Learning Progressions for Units 1-6 for 1st-5th grades have been posted, as well as Learning Progressions for Kindergarten, Units 1-10. Please keep in mind that the Learning Progressions are living documents, and are subject to change, as we continue to ensure that they best support the Florida State Standards. Please be sure you have the most up to date Learning Progression(s), prior to planning. These learning progressions will play an intregal part of planning formative assessments (check points of understanding) for your students.

There is a follow up activity available for you to complete and submit for points.
