ClassLink

 

Dashboard ClassLink is a single sign-on (SSO) platform that allows teachers and students to use one username and password to access everything they need.

Here is how to help your student get started:

  • Click the blue cloud icon or this link:
    https://launchpad.classlink.com/leonschools
  • Use the student's LCS Username and Password to log in. Students  
    MUST use their FULL username/LCS email address     (student id#@edu.leonschools.net)

The above page includes information & instructions for downloading and installing the required ClassLink Agent app (the method depends upon which web browser is used for accessing ClassLink from home).

Outdated LCS SSO apps

LCS SSO If you installed the original LCS SSO app (icon shown here) from the Apple or Google Play stores, you should uninstall the app and replace it with the updated ClassLink LaunchPad app below (select for your device).

The new ClassLink LaunchPad app icon is shown here:

To get started today, download the ClassLink LaunchPad app from the Apple Store or Google Play.

Clearing a badly cached file on your home or work computer

If you get an error when attempting to log in to FOCUS, ClassLink, or Office365, you may have a cached login page that is corrupted. A cached page is a copy of the web page that is stored on your computer because you opened it previously (doing this makes browsing run faster). If the local copy is messed up it needs to be deleted. 

You can verify if you are looking at a cached page by using a different browser or an incognito mode window to look at the same page.  If it works fine when doing that, you need to clear your browser's cache. Make sure to remove the check mark on the "Passwords" section to prevent removing stored passwords.

To erase this locally stored file, you need to clear your browser's cache. Helpful instructions for your specific browser can be found here: http://www.refreshyourcache.com.
