Lake Shore Boys Track and Field Defeats Springville
Congratulations to the boys track and field team for defeating Springville last Thursday. LS defeated Springville 106-35. The 4 by 8, 4 by 4 and 4 by 1 relays all took first places, again. Senior Sean Robinson took first in the 2 mile, and Blake Hageman took first in the pole vault with Dante and Jacob Segal behind him. Simon Connors and Max Zelonka took first and second in the 200, and triple jumps, Tyler S in the 800 and mile, Throwers Casey Taylor, Zach G, Ethan T and Tristan M earned places and points in the shot and discus. Tony Bates took 1st again in the 110 and 400 hurdles. New Personal bests were gained by Dom Cadin, Thomas Martin and Marty Castle and hurdlers Ben Mauer, Enoch Hernandez, John B Zoll, and Eddie Jasinski! The team faces rival for 1st place, Maryvale, at home this Tuesday, and it is senior night, too! So come support your Eagles and class of 2022 seniors at 5PM!
