The Symphonic Band received a Superior rating.

The Symphonic Band placed 1st in their class out of all participating schools from across the nation.

The Symphonic Band was awarded the Grand Champion Trophy for scoring the highest score of any group  in the festival.

Senior Trumper Player Gary Colson was awarded the Top Instrumental Soloist Award.
