On Friday, October 20th the Lake Shore High School Leadership in Action Class hosted the 14th-Annual Halloween Monster Bash to benefit the Boys and Girls' Club of Eden-Lake Shore.  This event was a huge success and raised about $3,500 for the Club!  Over 350 Kindergarten through 8th-graders attended the event, and about 170 high school volunteers organized the event. There were also over 100 parent and LSC teachers at the Bash as well. This event truly was a triple win in that our younger students had a great time, our older students enjoyed entertaining and leading the younger students, and the proceeds benefited the Boys and Girls Club! A special thank you goes out to the Lake Shore Middle School crew for the use of the school and to Maria's Pizza who donated all of the pizzas that night. The Monster Bash will be back next year ready to raise some money for the Club and entertain Lake Shore's youth!
