Text Reminders and Notifications: Our school district currently utilizes the SchoolMessenger system to deliver messages via email, voice and text. We are sending this reminder to encourage parents and guardians to opt-in to receive text messages from Joplin Schools.
There are only two requirements for a parent/guardian to receive text messages from Joplin Schools: the recipient's wireless number must be on file with the district and before a device can receive text messages from the district, an opt-in confirmation must be sent from the device.
You can participate in this service by sending a text message of “Y” or “Yes” to our school district’s short code number, 67587.
