Getting To Know Miss Jourdan

Hello everyone, welcome to the 2022-23 school year. I am excited to work with all of you and your children during the year ahead!

I was born and raised in Orange County and attended school in the Fountain Valley School District. I come from a family of five and have two older sisters. Some of my favorite things to do (outside of school) are play soccer, take my daughter to the park, walk my dogs on the beach, and go to concerts.

I graduated from Cal State Channel Islands with my B.A. in Early Childhood Studies. I obtained my credential in Early Childhood Special Education and my M.S. in Education from Cal State Fullerton. Prior to working in the school setting I gave soccer lessons to 3-5 year olds, worked in a child learning center, and worked for Jolly Jumps throwing children's birthday parties. This is my 8th year teaching; my 6th year as a Eader Eagle and I couldn't be more excited for the year ahead!
