Miss Silvia Murley graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in December of 2021, where she received her Bachelors degree in Music Education. A true band nerd at heart, she started band in 5th grade and has never stopped playing. She studied under well respected and recognized professional musicians such as Dr. Shelley Martinson and Mr. Marc Mueller during her time at Southwestern. After graduating, she jumped directly into teaching and now serves as the band director and 3-5th grade music teacher at Hobart Public Schools. |
