Dustin Welch has a Bachelor's degree in Business Adminstration from Oklahoma State University. He currently works at InterBank.
He is married to Angela Welch and has two daughters Ashlyn & Braylee. Dustin also enjoys playing golf in his spare time.

His goals for Hobart Public Schools include:
To have and adopt policies that will put the districdt in the right direction to achieve its goals.
To have and adopt a fiscally sound district budget.
To make sure we focus on student achievement and implementing policies that will ensure success for all students.
