The Girls JV Basketball, Boys JV Basketball, Boys Varsity Basketball, Cheer, Varsity Baseball, and Varsity Softball teams were honored at the ceremony. Each coach spoke about their team and all of their accomplishments during the season. Thank you to the booster club for providing dinner and thank you to the family and friends that came out to support our student athletes. Here are some of the award winners.

Mason Ferrer- Clipper of the Year, Patroon Conference Male Athlete of the Year, Varsity Basketball Most Valuable Player, Varsity Baseball Most Valuable Player.

Adele Heuer- Patroon Conference Female Athlete of the Year, Varsity Softball Most Valuable Player

Shawn Lyons- GCS Sportsmanship Award, Varsity Basketball Coaches’ Award, Varsity Baseball Offensive Player of the Year.

Evan Hoffman- GCS Coaches’ Award

Shea Mudge- Richard Mossman Memorial Award, Varsity Softball Coaches’ Award

Aidan Shumway- Athletic Director’s Award, Varsity Baseball Defensive Player of the Year

Congrats to our students for all of their hard work, dedication, and professionalism!

The students also enjoyed a trip to Six Flags New England, and they were very excited to celebrate their scores. Many of them also made matching tie-dye shirts!

Students in grades 9-12 who are not taking the test do not have to attend school. Students in grades 7-8 will be attending school as normal. There will be a bus at noon for the students taking the regents.
