Students in Mr. Maliszewski’s economic classes and Mrs. Sitt’s business classes participated in the the Junior Achievement (JA) Stock Market Challenge, which involved over 350 students in the Capital District. The JA Stock Market Challenge, presented by SEFCU, educates high school students about investing and trading in the stock market in a hands-on, high tech simulation of the floor of the New York Stock Exchange.
Galway CSD is pleased to announce that Braden Boudreau (pictured left), Class of 2021, came in second place in the challenge by amassing a stock portfolio of $132,489,639.26. Classmates Charlie Clarke and Rowan Smith finished fourth and fifth respectively.
