Hello Chelsea-
Sorry for the late reply. The school has purchased all of the school supplies for students K-5. 4th and 5th grade students will be getting the supplies in take home bags before school begins. We’d love to get a supply fee from all families, but we understand it’s a hardship for some families. We have a local church that covers fees for those families.
As far as the schedule, if you head to the Fern Ridge School District website and click on the red tab at the top that says “2020 School Year”, you’ll find lots of info that will help you. On that site there’s also a link to the superintendent’s weekly Q & A for the community. In addition, he just posted links to each school’s Q & A that begin this week. VES has ours tomorrow (Weds the 2nd) at 5:30. It’d be great to have you join!

We’re new to the district so I’m a little confused. Is the supply fee and option or is it mandatory? Also, do we have any idea what the curriculum/schedule for the start of the school year will look like? Where do I find that information?
