FJHS students see democracy in action at county-wide Government Day
Five students from Fulton Junior High School were recently invited to participate in Oswego County Government Day, an event orchestrated by Cornell Cooperative Extension. The event gave students a first-hand look at the operation of county government and valuable experience in understanding local democracy in action.

GRB shares love of reading with elementary students
Students from Fulton’s G. Ray Bodley High School recently travelled to Lanigan Elementary to work with younger students and share their love of reading. Participants were part of an exciting Children’s Literature elective available through the high school.

Granby Elementary partners with County for Plant-a-Tree Program
Students at Fulton’s Granby Elementary School recently met with organizers of the 2024 Oswego County Plant-a-Tree program to promote and celebrate the event’s 32nd year. The program offers elementary students live seedlings and instructional resources to promote conservation and forestry in the region.
