Lenfest College Scholar - 2010 Graduate Erin Emory
Members of Fairfield Area School District worked to attract the attention of the Lenfest Scholarship Program, a program designed to help students succeed by encouraging them to attend challenging academic colleges. Our School District succeeded in being accepted as part of this Scholarship Program. From the start, our Guidance Office and Administration encouraged students to make application to this program. We've been successful in getting a large number of our students to apply. Faculty have supported the student applicants by providing letters of support and advice. Students have written essays and traveled to do interviews with selection committees as part of the Lenfest process. Our students have been amazingly successful!
