Superintendent Chain, showing his pirate spirit, was a guest speaker on the morning announcements during Family Literacy Week.  He delivered his important message to the elementary school students, "But I'm here to tell you (arrrrhh)---the best treasure in the world----the treasure worth sailing through the roughest storm is the treasure you get when you open a book and read."  He also invited the students and their families to Family Literacy Night on Thursday, April 3rd.  Check out the elementary school home page for more spirit week pictures.
