"10th Annual Dwight D. Eisenhower Senior Self Improvement Recognition Breakfast" and our recipients were: Savanna Zinn, Dana Chapman, Stephen Lewis, Michelle Reaser, and Anna Topper.  Savanna Zinn was the top recipient from Fairfield!!!  The breakfast was sponsored by School Express, Inc., presented by the Adams County Economic Education Foundation and prepared by the Adams County Tech Prep Culinary Arts students under the direction of Chef David Haynes.  ~ Dr. Janet Rapuano
