What do I have to do in the interview?

The purpose of the interview is to see how you work with others. As a Link Leader, you will be required to lead activities, and they may not always go as planned. We just want to see how you respond to these types of situations. Relax. Interviews will be in a group setting and are not meant to intimidate you.
