The State Universities of New York (SUNY) four year colleges and universities offer Bachelor's Degrees as well as Master's Degrees. The university centers (Albany, Binghamton, Buffalo U., etc.)also offer Doctoral Degrees.
These institutions require students to take the S.A.T. or A.C.T. exams. Most applications are now done online and cost $50.00 per college.
