We couldn't be more proud of our staff as they THRIVED during our differentiation challenge this past month. All PLCs were asked to select two new differentiation strategies to practice in their classrooms. In mixed small groups, all teachers shared out their experiences through modeling, video, resources and student samples before going back to their PLCs to share what they learned with their teams. A-ha moments and celebrations were then shared with the whole group which included differentiation of content, process, product, learning styles, readiness and learning needs...oh my! Our toolboxes continue to be filled with new strategies and experiences for our awesome enthusiastic teachers! Way to go Colts!
