🌟 MAKING AN IMPACT THIS  SCHOOL YEAR WITH TRUST AND TEAMWORK 🤝

Yesterday, Cicero District 99 had the pleasure of kicking off another fantastic school year by welcoming back our dedicated administrators and secretarial staff. The day was filled with insightful presentations, engaging activities, and a strong focus on building trust and collective efficacy within our teams. 

Here's a glimpse of what we covered:

✅ Superintendent Dr. Aldo Calderin started the day off with a warm welcome and emphasized the importance of trust in our schools.

✅ We discussed how trust and collective efficacy impacts our daily routines and improves outcomes for students

✅ Each school participated in a team building activity where they created symbols that represented them and brainstormed ways to build trust within our schools

✅ We reflected on the previous school year and planned for productive weekly meetings

✅ We shared important updates from our Educational-Student Services and Information Services/Technology departments 

✅ We engaged in a fun activity called "Find Someone Who" to help reconnect and learn new things about each other

District 99 is excited about the year ahead and the positive impact we will make together. Let's continue to build on the foundation of trust and collaboration to ensure success for all our students!

Ayer, el Distrito 99 de Cicero tuvo el placer de iniciar otro fantástico año escolar dando la bienvenida a nuestros dedicados administradores y personal secretarial. El día estuvo lleno de presentaciones perspicaces, actividades atractivas y un fuerte enfoque en construir confianza y eficacia colectiva dentro de nuestros equipos.

Aquí hay un vistazo de lo que cubrimos:

✅ El Superintendente Dr. Aldo Calderin comenzó el día con una cálida bienvenida y enfatizó la importancia de la confianza en nuestras escuelas.

✅ Discutimos cómo la confianza y la eficacia colectiva impactan nuestras rutinas diarias y mejoran los resultados para los estudiantes.

✅ Cada escuela participó en una actividad de construcción de equipo donde crearon símbolos que los representaban y generaron ideas sobre cómo construir confianza dentro de nuestras escuelas.

✅ Reflexionamos sobre el año escolar anterior y planificamos reuniones semanales productivas.

✅ Compartimos actualizaciones importantes de nuestros departamentos de Servicios Educativos-Estudiantiles y Servicios/ Tecnología de Información.

✅ Nos involucramos en una actividad divertida llamada "Encuentra a Alguien Que" para ayudarnos a reconectar y aprender cosas nuevas unos de otros.
