Cicero District 99 is thrilled to kick off another exciting year at Cicero District 99! Tomorrow, as we come together after a rejuvenating summer, we extend a warm welcome to over 50 new staff members joining our family. This year promises to be one of growth, collaboration and success for out students and educators alike.

✨ Our mission remains steadfast — to improve student outcomes by working collectively. Each one of us, whether a teacher, service provider or administrator, plays a vital role in shaping the future of our students.

📚 Since 2021, we've been writing a remarkable story together. From "Changing the Narrative" to "Collective Efficacy," our journey has been marked by achievements and learning. Last year's "The Possibilities" chapter added 30 minutes to our school day, allowing students to build stronger relationships and improve in math and reading.

🛠️ Feedback from our incredible staff has guided enhancements for the upcoming year, including tweaks to the extended day program and focused professional development in key areas like special education and math.

💡 This year, we challange you to reflect on your impact. Consider new routines or approaches that could enhance student engagement and learning. Let's embrace our responsibility to nurture the potential within each student, creating a ripple effect of positive change.

¡El Distrito 99 de Cicero está emocionado de iniciar otro año emocionante en Cicero District 99! Mañana, al reunirnos después de un verano rejuvenecedor, damos una cálida bienvenida a más de 50 nuevos miembros del personal que se unen a nuestra familia. Este año promete ser uno de crecimiento, colaboración y éxito tanto para nuestros estudiantes como para los educadores.
