Both CMS 7th & 8th Grade Football Teams Earn First in the Big 8
After finishing the season undefeated this fall, both the Cassville Middle School Seventh and Eighth Grade Football Teams have been named Big 8 Conference Champs in their respective divisions.
"Both of these groups played with tremendous effort and I couldn’t be prouder of their progress," said Robbie Artherton, Head CMS Football Coach.
"I'm excited to see what this year's 8th grade team accomplishes at the high school level. For our 7th graders, their next challenge is to set a strong example for the 6th grade group joining middle school football next season. Our goal each year is to show growth from start to finish, and I believe we achieved that."
CMS football staff includes Artherton, Nathan Fortner, Chris Fortner and Joseph Reuter.
