Dear Parent/Guardian:

Health Services will be conducting several health screenings between the months of October and November. These include height, weight, hearing, vision, and dental screenings. In your student’s registration, you signed permission for your student to participate in screenings. If you did not complete the online registration or answered “No” to any of the screening permission questions, your child will not participate in the screening.

 

After the screenings are completed, you will only receive a referral if your student did not pass the recommended guidelines. We only send letters home if your student needs further evaluation.
