Dear Parents, Staff, and Community Stakeholders, 

We are excited to begin the 2021-22 school year on August 23rd.  We wanted to reach out and let you know that we will beginning the school year with the same COVID protocols as we ended the 2020-21 school year.  We are including a copy of the district Safe Return to In-Person Instruction and Continuity of Services Plan.  

Our district is eligible to receive $8,157,239 in federal funding to help support our district as we work to identify areas of student and district needs, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.  The federal stimulus funding is from the American Rescue Plan(ARP)/ Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief(ESSER) Act of 2021, Public Law 117-2, enacted on March 21, 2021.  This funding was made possible to assist states and school districts to help safely reopen and sustain the safe operations of schools and address the impact of the coronavirus pandemic.  The Board of Education is asking for your input to help decide if they will vote to apply for the ESSER III grant. Once the Board of Education has voted to move forward with the grant application, this input will assist in the planning process for the grant.   Please complete the survey at the following link by August 11th:
