The following seniors need to come by Mrs. McCarthy-Vesely office and pick up their graduation items they bought from Jostens: Julio Aguilar, Kali Aplin, Jasmin Banda, Anna Benavides, Stephen Bowman, Zoe Conde, Layton Davenport, Fisher Franck, Sloan Gains, Alexis Gaona, Noah Gohlke, Tha Htoo, Tahithia Hunter, Brooke Kirchner, Heston Lovett, Brayden Mayne, Alex Parker, Layten Rodriguez, Keegan Short, Daniel Solano, Travis Strakos, Trenton Taylor and Rocky Ybarra
Seniors, just a reminder that the F.W. Gross Alumni scholarship application is due to Mrs. McCarthy-Vesely by March 10th so she can get them mailed to the donors before March 14th deadline. Also, the Inteplast application is due to her by March 11th and the South Texas Farm & Ranch applications are due to her by 3-12-25.
The Calhoun JV golf teams competed in the Calhoun JV golf invitational at Riverside Golf Course. The boys had 2 teams competing. The Gold Team came in 7th and Black team came in 9th. Gold team consisted of Dravyn Garza, Rystan Darlick, Cameron Bazan, Remington Eure, and AJ Olascuaga. The black team consisted of Bryson Harms, Greyson Valenzuela, Cash Shirall, and Noah Perez. The Girl team brought home 2nd place. The team was led by Gracie Kuta who came in 4th place as an individual. The team consisted of Lena Menchaca, Linley Brett, and Saige Carter.
Are you interested in playing football next year but aren't currently in a football class? If so, stop by the athletic office and talk to Coach Hrncir about possibly getting into off-season practices now!
Do not forget that you only have this Saturday, next Friday and Saturday to make up attendance hours for the 1st semester.
