Reminder to all students-if you are in a club, organization, athletics, academic events , parking, etc. you are required to fill out a drug form with your signature and your parents. These forms are all due TODAY, if you do not turn it in, you will not be eligible to participate in any athletic, academic or club activity.
Student Council is hosting their third blood drive of the year on Wednesday, January 29th. If you are 16 or older and would like to donate to save lives, please sign up using the linked QR code i. Google Classroom or on the posters in the hallway. If you are 16, you must have a signed permission slip at every donation. Permission slips are also on Google Classroom or you can get one from Mrs. Anderson in E203.
Students and parents who order a yearbook before 4:00 pm on Monday, January 13 will be entered in a drawing to receive their yearbook for free! You must fill out the order form at the school with payment. Order forms can be picked up in the front office or in room A109. It's a good time to get your yearbook order in!
Seniors...let your parents know that the deadline to submit a recognition ad in the yearbook is February 7th. If parents would like to create a page to give a shout-out to their awesome graduates, they can visit Jostensadservice.com or email Mrs. Sontag.
Seniors who would like to add a quote to their yearbook portrait need to fill out the form in their Google Classroom. Quotes must be school-appropriate or they will be eliminated. Quotes are due no later than this Monday, January 13th.
Do you want to take the SAT, PSAT, or ACT? Sign up in your Google Classroom today. Juniors can take either the SAT or ACT for free this year. The deadline to sign up for a test is January 24th.
Seniors, do not forget to apply for the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo Scholarship (deadline 1-21-25 and the Guadalupe Blanco River Authority (deadline 1-15-25). These scholarships are online. Please see your google classroom for the information.
Attention Students! Check your email! It's time for our 2nd Nine Weeks Attendance Incentive which includes Grilled Hotdogs, Nachos, Free Time, and a Dodgeball Tournament. If you had a 96% Attendance Rate in all your classes, you received an email to RSVP to this event. Make sure you complete the Google Form by next Tuesday, January 14th, by 4 PM. You will not be permitted to attend without doing so. Email Mrs. Cardwell with any questions.
