The following students need to report to Mrs. McCarthy-Vesely in the front office now: Joshua Campos, Janessa Rangel, Hser Say and Maung Soe.
Reminder to all students-if you are in a club, organization, athletics, academic events , parking, etc. you are required to fill out a drug form with your signature and your parents. This needs to be turned in asap or you will not be eligible to participate in any activity. These forms are all due by this Friday.
Do you want to take the SAT, PSAT, or ACT? Sign up in your Google Classroom today. Juniors can take either the SAT or ACT for free this year. The deadline to sign up for a test is January 24th.
Seniors, do not forget to apply for the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo Scholarship (deadline 1-21-25 and the Guadalupe Blanco River Authority (deadline 1-15-25). These scholarships are online. Please see your google classroom for the information.
Attention 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12 Grade Students! It's time for a Class War! Each grade level will compete each week of this Semester to have the highest Weekly Attendance Rate. If your grade level wins, you earn a point towards an Early Release day for your entire Grade Level in April. Come to school!
Attention all students! Do you want to be exempt from your Final Exams in May? That's easy! Show up to school. You can earn this with good attendance, maintaining good grades, and avoiding discipline issues.
Attention Students! Check your email! It's time for our 2nd Nine Weeks Attendance Incentive which includes Grilled Hotdogs, Nachos, Free Time, and a Dodgeball Tournament. If you had a 96% Attendance Rate in all your classes, you received an email to RSVP to this event. Make sure you complete the Google Form by next Tuesday, January 14th, by 4 PM. You will not be permitted to attend without doing so. Email Mrs. Cardwell with any questions.
Students - This is a reminder to check your email everyday. Delete messages not needed and read and respond to important ones.
