The Calhoun golf program participated in the Goliad invitational scramble tournament at the Goliad golf course on Wednesday. The gold team of Nick Ragusin, Cameron Bazan , Dravyn Garcia , Rystan Darlick, and Kealin Peppers brought home the second place trophy for best team.
Seniors, the window to apply for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo scholarships is closing in less than one week. You need to be get your applications in this week. You do not need to be in 4H or FFA to apply to some of these.
The Calhoun Sandcrabs obtained their first District victory of the season, they defeated Wharton HS 6 to 2 at our stadium last night. CONGRATULATIONS SANDCRABS!

Congratulations to The Sandies on their 3 to 0 win over the Wharton Tigers. Daisy Guerrero led scores with 2 goals and an assist, Claire Flores scored a goal. Jaeleigh Campos led the Sandies with 9 steals and an assist, Addison Rangel had 4 steals and Dulce Morales, Nayeli Vargas and Jianna Campos finished the night with 3 steals a piece. The Sandies travel to Palacios on Friday.
