Seniors, just a reminder that the F.W. Gross Alumni scholarship application is due to Mrs. McCarthy-Vesely by March 10th so she can get them mailed to the donors before March 14th deadline. Also, the Inteplast application is due to her by March 11th and the South Texas Farm & Ranch applications are due to her by 3-12-25.

The Calhoun Varsity Girls Golf Team competed in the Calhoun Golf Invitational at Hatchbend Golf Course. The team took home 3rd place overall. The team was led by Lyric Lopez. The team consisted of Lilly Gossett, Bellah Swope, Maci Bryan, Arcana Adame.
Congratulations to the Sandies on their 3 to 0 win over Columbus on senior night. Claire Flores finished the night with 2 goals and 2 steals, Daisy Guerrero scored the 3rd goal. Jaeleigh Campos had an assist and 9 steals, Jennifer Gallegos had an assist and 3 steals and Vianney Mendoza had an assist. Dulce Morales finished the night with 6 steals. The Sandies travel to Hallettsville on Friday.
Are you interested in playing football next year but aren't currently in a football class? If so, stop by the athletic office and talk to Coach Hrncir about possibly getting into off-season practices now!
Do not forget that you only have 2 more Saturdays and 1 Friday to make up attendance hours for the 1st semester.
