Miles for Smiles is Coming Soon!
The Miles for Smiles mobile unit is available to children up to age 18.
They accept Medicaid, self-pay, sliding fee, and all insurances.
Miles for Smiles is operated by a professional staff that will provide onsite dental services to eligible children.
Students who qualify will be given an initial exam and dental treatment will be provided as determined by the examining dentist. Details of the exam and care given will be available for parents.
If you are interested in this program for your student, please fill out the patient information form. Return the form to your school nurse as soon as possible.
The mobile dental unit is scheduled to visit the Camdenton School District from April 8, 2019 through May 3, 2019.
