All 9th grade students (who turned in permissions slips) will be attending the BASELINE program.

Topics to be discussed during this event include the dangers of underage drinking, marijuana, and other drugs. In order to make this activity more meaningful, students are also encouraged to discuss these important topics with their parents or guardians.

Transportation will be provided for students from CHS to First Baptist Church in Camdenton. A bus will transport students and supervising faculty round trip from school. Students will leave from the school after attendance is taken 1st period and will return to CHS at approximately 2:45 p.m. Students may purchase a sack lunch from the school or they may bring their own lunch that day.

Our goal is to help educate students regarding the dangers of drug and alcohol abuse and we appreciate your support. Please sign and return the lower portion of this form to grant permission for your son/daughter to attend this event. Permission forms need to be returned to your student's Academy Office by Friday, September 28, 2018.
