Hello!
This week in guidance, 5th grade students learned how to solve problems using a problem solving model called "STEP".
1. S: Say the Problem Without Blame
2. T: Think of Solutions
3. E: Explore the Consequences
4. P: Pick the Best Solution
This week in 4th grade, students used a problem solving model to solve playground problems respectfully and safely.
In third grade, students learned to say problems without blame to encourage positive and respectful conflict resolution.
