Registration & Student Information Office

All registrations will take place at the Student Information Office 
located at Burlington High School [123 Cambridge Street]

The following documents are REQUIRED before a registration is complete:

- Original birth certificate
- 2 proofs of residency
- Most current physical/immunizations 
[ Translation support services available if needed ]
- Custodial or court order (if applicable)
* We also request a copy of your child's most recent report card, 
as well as any other educational reports if applicable (IEP or 504). 

Summer Hours/Schedule
The Student Information Office will be closed from Friday, June 28th through Friday, July 5th and will reopen Monday, July 8th.

Our office will be closed on Fridays; June 28, July 5, 12, 19, 26, and August 2, 9, and 16.
We will resume our regular 5-day schedule on August 19.

First day of school for Grades 1-12 is Wednesday, August 28 and the first day of Kindergarten is Thursday, September 5. Please reach out to your school for any further information.

Registrations are welcome Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays, during the hours of 9:00-11:00 am. Please use the calendar link to book an appointment.
