    When you've found some good examples of Baroque Suite movements, list them here so everyone else can enjoy them too!  While you're listening to them, think about which one you'd like to write for your next project.

    How does Vivaldi use "word painting" to depict each movement of the Four Seasons?  Use specific musical examples to answer this question.  By the way, you can post more than once after reading other people's answers.  Some of you haven't posted yet for Dido, Bach, etc.

    Summarize what you wrote on the Bach Cantata.  What is so attractive about the melodies?  How is this different than what we've heard in the Medieval and Renaissance?

    After listening to portions of both masses and filling out the listening guides, summarize what you wrote here.  Be sure to check back to see what others have written also.  Also, try listening to some of the other selections by DuFay and des Prez.  Find anything good?  List it here.

    In this class, you will be expected to do a lot on your own.  With that being said, I will also expect you to help each other out.  This is the place you'll be able to do that.  This is where you can post any kind of general questions you have about the course, the exam, or any kind of theory questions.
